Stunning. I've always been fascinated by dragonflies. There are so many different colors.

another color logic for y'all. a lil tricky to get started, but it flows pretty easy once you do....enjoy!

yep....who'd have thought that insects could be so pretty? many are gross, but some (esp butterflies, or lightning bugs for kids) can hold you spellbound

Super nice image Kurt. When I was a kid I remember lightning bugs(we called them fireflies) lighting up the sky. Last summer there were so many here in the country,it looked like a fireworks display. It was beautiful.:)

takes you back a few years in your mind and spirit, doesn't it? luv it! I think just the smell in the air at that time of year is enough to do the trick...

I don't mind bugs so much but I'm not a fan of the ones that bite and sting (um, like, who is?). Dragon flies are so quiet (peaceful even) that I've found myself deep in thought watching them from time to time.

I'm not gonna lie though...this puzzle was tricky and took me some time to solve. Glad I persevered...thanks for the challenge.

cool pic & and good color solve, Kurt

Dragonflies do bite! My husband has quite a few stories of cousins getting dragonflies to bite their shirt (or ears), and then break off the bodies, leaving the jeweled heads behind. And they don't let go after they've died. So one cousin ended up with a bejeweled shirt, and another ended up with shiny earrings.

Pain in the butt to get going, but a very nice image, Kurt.

Deceptively hard. My guessing got me tripped up a couple times. Thoroughly enjoyable solve.

They have discovered fossils of dragonflies with 25 inch wingspan. Can you imagine those harassing your picnic?
