#2: Norma Dee (norm0908) on May 16, 2013
Kind of boring, sorry to say.:)

Sorry there will be a few of boring logos... Not for your use... :)
#4: Norma Dee (norm0908) on May 16, 2013
For who's use, then?
#5: Thomas Genuine (Genuine) on May 16, 2013
There will be a local session for primary school pupils. I will publish it for them (on paper). I don't think any of them uses this page... :)
#6: Norma Dee (norm0908) on May 17, 2013
So, if the puzzle is for pupils, but they don't use this page, then why put the puzzle here???

This is a good place to develop and test a puzzle. And you can't get the pdf without publishing it.
#8: Norma Dee (norm0908) on May 17, 2013
After that, it could be deleted, though.

So, Thomas, is it an image of an actual logo for some product or company?

Plenty of other logos have bee made into puzzles on this site, e.g., Windows, Facebook, all sorts of U.S. professional sports... No reason why Thomas can't put up a few, but it would be nice to know what they are for, even if they are "local" to him.

I don't see any need to delete it.

Don't be silly--we love to learn new things, especially things we wouldn't ever see or hear in our native country/countries.

Thanks! It's nice to see the actual logo, since it's unfamiliar. :)

I don't know if an explanation will help things, but here's my attempt to try:
Norma: this is a boring puzzle (which is true. Without an explanation of its history or significance, it's just a starburst pattern that's symmetrical and easy and boring to solve. What you, Thomas, would call "a shit puzzle").
Thomas: I made it for a different audience, so just ignore it (paraphrasing)
Norma: well if it wasn't for us, why did you publish it here? (Since most people on this site create puzzles so people can solve them, often to learn something as well as enjoy the mental exercise and see a nice picture at the end.)
Thomas: I can't print out a PDF without publishing it (further implying that it was never intended for our use or enjoyment).
Norma: then why didn't you delete it when you were done (since you have clearly shown you never intended for us to solve it, and you got angry and defensive when we asked questions about it)
EDIT: my mistake, it was Joe who said you could only print it out after publishing. It follows so well with your attitude of "don't solve this; I didn't make it for you" that I didn't even notice the extra voice.

Nowhere is there any implication that Norma said the puzzle should be deleted because the subject matter was unfamiliar. She was responding to your attitude of "It isn't for you, so go away."

Interesting discussion. Too easy, repetitive puzzle.
