It looks like a closeup of an eye, although red with green flecks is an odd eye colour, and vivid red blush really brings out the mascara highlighted lashes (and with lashes that are so sparse and of varying length, I'm not sure why the owner would want to highlight them).#3: Jota (jota) on May 1, 2013
