It really has no meaning. As the title says it's mixed up. I took parts of two unrelated sentences and put them together to make a silly sentence. "It ain't over until the fat lady sings" more or less means there is more to come until something signals the end, such as in opera where the last aria might be sung by an overweight diva. Sing a song of sixpence is from an English nursery rhyme.

Great puzzle and series, Norma! I was certain that this solution was referring to a bird in the hand being worth two in the bush somehow.
