A little more information.
Some people have hearts on the right side. I've heard of it. It's usually twins, who are otherwise identical, but one has certain organs reversed.#4: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Apr 28, 2013

My step-girls are identical twins called "mirror" twins, their organs are on opposite sides of each other, one is left handed one is right handed, they have a mole/birthmark that is on the opposite side of the other, but if they stand face to face it looks like they are looking in a mirror.#9: Jota (jota) on May 7, 2013
