This is a great puzzle, but it needs a little explanation.

I can't read it, but my eyes aren't too good. Please, explain Thomas, and tell us where you live. It's a very nice puzzle. I like your puzzles.

It says "Confederation Helvetique" (Helvetic Confederation/Repubic) around the Swiss flag.

Wikipedia appears to be down, so I can't post a better link, but this is the closest thing:

No. I mean the Red Cross is used to point a hospital (in maps, traffic signs etc.) AND a country, too. :)

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by gator.
