Thomas, a fire drill is when a business practices evacuating their building as if there is a fire so that if a fire really happens everybody knows what they are supposed to do and where they are supposed to go to leave the building. They will often have members of the fire department there to make sure their plan is safe and effective.

A different kind of fire drill is the one where you take a bow, but instead of firing the arrow you wrap the bowstring around the arrow. Then you brace the arrow against a pice of wood and move the bow back and forth to make the arrow rotate. After a while, the friction of the rotating arrow and the wood can start a fire.

I've always heard that called a bow drill. Makes sense that it would also be called a fire drill.

I thought the drill looked like a drill, but I thought we were looking for the name of a song (duh, different set of puzzles). Therefore, I thought the drill looked like an IV of blood, so I guessed "Hot-Blooded". At any rate, a fun solve.
