Victor Vasarely was an Op Art painter.

We've had quite a few Mondrians in here, plus a Rothko or two and a few stabs at Pollock, but in general Op Art and Abstract Impressionist paintings make for very boring PBN puzzles. This one, especially, you can see the finished picture by looking at the clues.

Don't give up making better puzzles; just choose your subjects wisely. Some of my early creations were based on famous works of art.
See #11775, #13357, and #13775.

Other creators have done their own versions of classic paintings, including several versions of "Starry Starry Night".
