Good start. I haven't tried to make one and I imagine design a blot puzzle is hard.

A bunch more could have been blotted out to add to the fun. Most of the horizontal 4s and 8s could have been blotted.

I usually blot out too many then have to unblot them until I get a solvable puzzle.
