When going through a bad storm in OK, where they're not used to it, there were 10 pickups/SUVs off the road for every 1 car. (And, yes, there were about 4 cars off the road.) Most went off when trying to pass. The right lane was going 15mph - and deservedly so. One of the idiots nearly hit me when he went out of control and swerved across both lanes in both directions before heading off into the center strip.
