ahhh.... team tourneys take forever. we lost in the second round, and I was actually glad to go(cuz 5 hours had gone by already). we were on our 4th bucket of beer by then....lol. Districts is one of those where you either want to win it all or lose in the first round.....

the people who run that tourney are notorious for taking forever.... I won a blind-draw they put on a few years back. 6k was in the pot, but I didn't get to leave the bar for over 12 and a half hours. offffffff

Wonder you could see the target by then much less hit it with a dart. lol

that one a few years back... the bartender's bf(which I didn't know til later) ended up in the finals, so she kept giving me free shots. luckily, we still won(and I had a ride home!) Both me and my blind-draw partner were carrying a pro rating though... only 3 in that tourney, and 2 were together. not quite fair, but it was a blind draw...

So glad you had a ride home, but congrats on the win!

too bad my head's a mess anymore though. I wouldn't say I'm half as good as I was. and apart from league stuff, I quit money tourneys altogether. if my brother wasn't playing, I doubt I'd be doing the league either right now(which I need to be at in 45 min, btw). I'm starting to come around though. sloooooowly. (I could do the hypnosis/meditation thing ofc, but that's just burying and not really working through--I'll get there) alllll righty, I'm off.
