Yes, plenty of these out here in Cambridge, MA, and it has only just begun. Pretty amazing! The state basically closed friday morning, many hours before the snow. But it's snowing quite heavily right now and they predict another 10 hours or more.

I don't think you can state "assume symmetry" unless the image really is symmetrical. It has a symmetrical look about it, but it is obviously not symmetrical. Fun to solve though.

Craig, I'll try to send you some of our Arizona sunshine, but I haven't seen the sun all day. Maybe it's on its way. Till it gets there, try to find someone to keep warm with. :-)

That "assume symmetry" made me crazy, with all of the selective symmetry. The picture is nice, but I think the *last* thing Northeasterners want to see is more snow! :)
