Would you say he is a little hammered?#4: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Feb 3, 2013
LOL Norma,I never clawed, ah I mean clued into that. There are all kinds of people on the internet that say horrible things about these kids shows, and the funny thing is that the creators of these characters have intentionally made them for us to see this.An example is that in a vague way they portray Manny as being a perfect match for Kelly who owns the hardware store where Manny gets all his supplies from. People say that Kelly is a harlot that is always enticing Manny, and the creators have intentionally made Mr. Lopart to appear to be gay and has a thing for Manny as well. In one episode of Special Agent Oso,the creators put a picture of a marijuana plant on the front of a kitchen island. In my opinion none of these things have any influence on the young children who watch these shows, but are put in there for the fun of it for the adults that watch these shows with their kids...like me.:)#5: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Feb 3, 2013
If these shows teach children acceptance and tolerance of others, to judge each person for who they are inside, then they are accomplishing something good. Phoenix had one of the longest running children's shows ever called Wallace and Ladmo. They, too, often slipped in a joke intended for the adults watching.#6: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Feb 3, 2013
I've never heard of that one Norma and I agree with you. All these shows teach children good manners, acceptance, and proper behaviour. They also emphasize good healthy eating and exercise. Maybe more adults should watch them, wether they have children at home or not.:)#7: Joel Lynn (furface1) on Feb 18, 2013 [SPOILER]
