Lol, I know the book and who it is. I was actually saying a line from the tv show Busytown Mysteries. My kids and I used to watch it. If you liked the books you should check out busytown mysteries on youtube, they have lots of full episodes.

Great, I recognized Lowly after the top half of the puzzle took shape. Richard Scarry books were a staple at bed times (and other times too) for our family. That was a while ago, mind you - the family get-together books these days are Terry Pratchet books, but with the kids off at university we've mostly been reading separately for the last while. But every once in a while, we all get "Back. Safe. Home again."
