funny, Al! been busy working on a budget...I gotta go back and catch the rest of the storyline now!

I evidently missed a well-placed dot or something, cuz I had to use advanced logic. someone pls post if they think they can guess what I missed.

Drinking rum is good. Got off somewhere and had to start over. Purple arrow kept pointing at a row that didn't work. Figured it knew something I didn't, so took a guess and it worked.

Thx Kurt and Norma,I was somewhat pleased with the image for a small puzzle,I'm glad it's a decent solve too. Hope you enjoy the story Kurt.:)

i went back and resolved to see if i could offer a tip. when the purple arrow runs out, look at the black at C21R14. whether it is part of the 1 or 2, C23R14 is a dot. everything else seemed pretty straight-forward.

Not a chance, Emperor. You can't dupe the natives like you were able to pull the wool over the eyes of the Aldegians. Even they are now celebrating your exile. You have the choice of sharing your rum fruity drinks (and getting no work out of the natives), or cracking the whip. What you gonna do?

Well seeing how my whip is broken and in the shop for repair,I guess I'll have to feed them fruity drinks laced with rum,or... General Kroc says he's dabbled with hypnosis. Maybe we'll give that a try first.:)
