Color helps!

You can get a lot of this puzzle with just line and color logic; this can complete all but a portion on the left hand side, with only blue clues remaining.

If you then take a look at C2, you can see that only a 1 clue hasn't been at least started, and if you look at C1, you can see that you'll have to fit at least one 2 clue somewhere between R34-40. The only spot where you can fit that 2 clue that doesn't cause a contradiction in C2 is if one of its squares is in R36. This puts the C2 1 clue in either R35 or R37, so you can dot-out C2R34 and C2R38.

Line logic solves it from there.
