Correct. Gold stars, Michelle.

I never can remember the name of that guy who shot an apple off his son's head. I don't know why I can't keep "William Tell" in my brain, but I knew it was him.

I had no idea.:)

Aldege, I thought I'd throw in a couple for the genteel ladies in the crowd as some of us aren't in to the more modern forms. I was stuck on a piano seat when I was very young and practically force fed classical music.

It's the lone ranger!

Where does the lone ranger send Tonto to take out the garbage?

To the dump, to the dump, to the dump dump dump.

Then there's the one for which I can't remember the question, but it's to the pink panther theme......dead ant, dead ant, dead ant, etc.

From Wikipedia: "An intellectual has been defined as a [person] who can listen to the William Tell Overture without thinking of the Lone Ranger." To which I reply, "Hi-yo Silver, away!" I think Rossini showed a lot of foresight in composing the theme 100 years before TV was invented.

He was definitely inspired.

It's OK, kid. The Lone Ranger is coming to the rescue ...

Very good trees for the size of puzzle!

Thank you, Gary. And don't forget Tonto.

I got it. This is one of the few of these kind of question puzzles I actually recognize. Usually they are movies, or TV shows, and I just don't watch many. It is fun to solve the image and actual recognize the reference. Cute image.

Thank you very much, BlackCat. Glad it was fun for you.
