that's a helluva lot of mail! popular guy....never run outta ideas, do ya, N! good! :)

got the xmas cards pouring in, it seems. I don't get too many usually, but the mailbox yielded 4 today. one from as far away as bucharest, romania. cool!

Thanks, travis. Thanks, Kurt. There's just one last sack of mail. The rest is supplies, like food and stuff. Wow! Bucharest!

The ideas are getting hard to come by. Glad it's almost Xmas. Don't have the slightest what I'll do after that.
#5: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Dec 19, 2012
you'll get inspired by the right ideas when the time comes...today is today, worry about tomorrow when it gets here....

da bucharest. makes me happy! :) totally unexpected. because of a case I worked a year and a half ago....apparently I made an impact in the end, and it was for the better.. this is so strange that I gotta tell it. I'm not gonna get into my field and whatnot, just tell general situation....girl met guy. guy hypnotized girl. when she "woke", her bank accounts were dry, with no recollection of anything. more than that, he apparently set up a suggestion that she'd see "guy" anywhere and everywhere. it put her in a mental hospital. can you say "cuckoo"? not so, really, but it's not an easy step to make it back from. takes time...

Love the copter Norma. Yes the ideas will come,I go through dry spells, then suddenly ideas start coming. They're not always winners though, lol.

Kurt aren't you a groundskeeper at a golf course, and how did you become one? Emperor Aldège is looking for a good one at Beardshair G&C.C.

Thanks, Aldege.

I guess there will always be people who try to take advantage of other people regardless of the consequences. They are already warning about the scam artists trying to bilk people by using the CT shootings. Some science fiction writers have the right idea. Build a compound they can't escape from, then lock these people up and turn them loose on each other.

groundskeeper at a golf course, yes Al. that's how I bring home the bacon...worked my way up over years and years. not sure how you'd find one, but I hear the best one is in St Louis...lol

I also do work with meditation, hypnosis, dream analysis among other things. "retired"-ish, but every few months or so I still get the occasional odd request. I'm not one to turn down someone in need of help, so I at least hear them out and usually give some advice or course of action. I'll say usually help, anyway. I told someone from the swedish national archery team no when they wanted help with concentration. not sure how these people find me, but word of mouth spreads it along. after that girl(who was hospitalized in Bucharest, but originally from Bacau), there was another from Bacau who asked for help for her sis with something else, then another in London(who moved from Bacau) who keeps asking about her dreams. haven't actively worked in the field for the past 10 years...

you're right, Norma. way too many scammers out there. saw a letter from a scammer that they inadvertently sent to the fam of one of the victims of the shooting asking for money. some people are just plain wrong

Small world, Kurt. Have you checked out the new cartoon of Red Riding Hood on Google home page?

Very interesting Kurt,I was hypnotized once by a psychologist who was treating me recurring nightmares,it worked wonderfully,I haven't had that nightmare ever again, and he said that I wouldn't. By the way what's your handicap, and out of curiosity, what brand of clubs are you using. I haven't played in a long time due to my rheumatoid arthritis, but I still have my Taylermade Burner Bubbles, and Ping putter. Have a Merry Christmas buddy.:)

I was a 6....before 2 back surgeries. I don't play anymore. I shot 9 holes once last year, and scored 2 over. I was rather pleased, esp with the eagle on hole 9(a par 5)....unfortunately, if I didn't end so well, my score was much worse(and more accurate for the lack of play).

I "acquired" my current clubs from a golf course I worked at 18 yrs ago. a rental set. nothing to speak of. and I don't use a 1 wood. haven't hit a driver in years. took it out of the bag, cuz I always seem to want to kill it. each club is rated to go a certain distance. it doesn't go further if you swing harder. with my back, it's taking away temptation(I used to drive a wood 300+)

hypnosis is no joke. I just love the people who think it's not science or fake. proven fact. get over it already...
