Puzzle Description:
I love watching the show "Canadian Pickers" where Scott and Sheldon go around Canada scouring for antiques and vintage Canadiana articles that they can buy and sell for a profit. In this puzzle they find an old pickup truck with an old trunk and a lamp in it.

Beautiful puzzle, Aldege. I have often watched the search for antiques on PBS. It's fun and interesting to see all the really old things they find and to imagine the people who made them.#2: Aldege Cholette (Aldege) on Dec 10, 2012
Thx Norma, yes it is interesting, and sometimes amazing to see the ingenuity that our forefathers had and how well made things were.:)#3: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Dec 10, 2012 [SPOILER]
loved the truck pal#4: Aldege Cholette (Aldege) on Dec 10, 2012
Thx Tom buddy.:)#5: Teresa K (fasstar) on Dec 14, 2012 [SPOILER]
Very cool puzzle. I didn't know anything about Canadian Pickers. I thought it might have something to do with the big apple tree there. :-)#6: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Dec 14, 2012
Lol Teresa, there is also a show called American Pickers and it's also good, but personally I think the two guys on Canadian Pickers are funnier and more colourful.:)#7: BlackCat (blackcat) on Dec 16, 2012
I liked the illustration alot better after I read the story. Otherwise I could figure out what the oddball shapes were. Obvioulsly alot of work went into this image.#8: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Dec 16, 2012
Fun solve.
Thx Blackcat, yes it does take some concentration to decipher the image.:)#9: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Dec 19, 2012 [SPOILER]
I was thinking more in line of "I'm a picker, I'm a grinner, I'm a lover, and I'm a sinner." But this sort of picker also crossed my mind. There's also a show called American Pickers (how original).#10: Velma Warren (Shiro) on Jul 7, 2019
I love the finished picture. :)
I like those kinds of shows also. This is a very easy to see image and it was quite fun to solve.
