Fun puzzle, Tom with a bit of challenge. I don't remember it and I don't want an "ear worm."

Nice puzzle, but as I remember it, "Dear Liza" told "Dear Henry" to fix it. :)
#7: Kristen Vognild (Kristen) on Nov 26, 2012 [SPOILER]
What Minnie said. (Though it's Liza who tells Henry to fix it ;)
I'll have to teach it to my son, so the song doesn't die off with my generation.
There's a hole in the bucket, dear Liza
Well fix it, dear Henry
With what shall I fix it, dear Liza
With straw, dear Henry
The straw it too long, dear Liza
well cut it, dear Henry
With what shall I cut it, dear Liza
With an axe, dear Henry
The axe is too dull, dear Liza
Well whet it, dear Henry
The whetstone's too dry, dear Liza
Well wet it, dear Henry
But...there's a HOLE in the bucket (to conclusion)

Adding in all the repeats and everything, and the twang (can't forget the twang!), did I remember all the verses?
#8: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Nov 26, 2012
With what shall I wet it, dear Liza.
With Water, dear Henry.

Are all your chores tended to Liza in need;

Thanks Norma! I knew I had to be missing something.

I never heard that last part, Tom. Maybe it had already dropped away from the song before I ever heard it.

Kristen...that wasn't part of it. I just played with the words freestyle.
