Puzzle Description:

I left Don's Bar not feeling particularly well,in other words,I wanted to toss my biscuits, even though I didn't eat any. I felt even sicker when I didn't see my car. Why would anyone steal an old Dodge Diplomat? I mean it was super stylish with that vinyl landau roof, and the orange, yellow, and brown plaid cloth seats and all. Frankly,i'm surprised it wasn't stolen a long time ago,but it was kind of beat up,and wouldn't fetch a large sum if it was shipped overseas to some foreign collector. I figured it was some teenagers who took it for a joy ride. Hopefully the cops will find it,not hurt too badly. I parleyed over to the bus stop, hopped a bus and went back to my office. I picked up my mail, and sat in my chair in front of the old Remington. I went through the envelopes, bill, bill, last reminder, overdue, and there it was,a letter from Gusepi. I carefully opened it with my index finger. A cheque with the remainder of my fee, plus a nice little bonus." Dear a meester Noir,I'ma want a to thank a you so much, for bringing my a son Francis back a to me. He a has a joined a me in a running the company. He a has a the great a ideas for a new a line for zee moderna fashion a industry, and has a introduced a new a line a of clothing. Sales they are a through zee roof. I'ma always a knew about Francis a being a differenta, but I'ma no ever say a anything about it. I'ma should of a let a him a know, that a it a was a ok,and that i'ma still a love a heem. He a has a forgeeven a me,and a we work a good a together. Please a come a to my office, thees a weekend. Francis is a in a France, and a will a be back. He a want a to talk a to you. Signed Gusepi Barabichi."...Well i'll be darned. I got a sort of warm fuzzy feeling inside of me,something that doesn't happen to P.I.'s that much. More than that,i was glad i could pay some of these bills, and maybe have a little left over for a decent meal,at a real restaurant. Oh crap,i forgot,I might have to buy another car.
