Aldege, odd of you to point it out. In the original flag contest, the color green was actually predominant. But in the end, people went with the flag colors of Denmark, because of the national union. It is so interesting what you discover on this site. Your flag is so simple, direct and effective. So is Canada's. the good on' US of A's flag is a jumble of stars and stripes.
