Looks like a tadpole with red antlers about to eat a fish turd. Makes no sense unless it's from some video game or animated film.

I kind of see a deer head blowing a bubble.

I, too, am obsessed with the cyclops moose.

Funny comments,cool image. Were all strange in our own way,except me,i appear to be way out there.lol.:)

Now that I come back to it, it looks like a fairly standard mounted deer head. I still like my Cyclops Moose, though.

Call me boring, but I saw the deer head right away. I can see the tadpole, but, well ...

I see an elephant (the trunk curling down the right side and around the bottom) with butterfly wings on its head.

Okay, squinting at it, I now see it's a deer head.

Originally, I tried to make some sort of sea creature out of it. Failing in that endeavor, I now see an elephant head (looking right) with its trunk curling back to its mouth, and a red pom-pom (or a Lucy wig?!?) on the top of its head.

I love this puzzle! It was a nice solve and the title was fantastic. It reminded me of someone, but I can't place the name.
