halloween is allllllmost my favorite. believe it or not, it's "all hallow's eve". the eve. people forget that the real holiday is the next day. All Saint's Day! That is my fav holiday......A day to recognize all saints, living or dead(and those who aren't Catholic prob don't realize that anyone who does good work and is in good standing with the church is a saint. miracles and whatnot is for "beatification" and "canonization".) ah, I always liked the idea that are dearly departed can be seen as "saints". kinda cool. Halloween was fun as a kid(and even as an adult for many), but the following day always got me thinking of my grandparents and being proud of them. now a few others make the list over the years, such as Pops and some friends, etc. It's good to take the time to remember, cuz it's too easy to get wrapped up in the daily grind.
