Someone explain this to me! The solver said, when creating that it had a unique solution and it was solvable!!! How? I started with the red and that was easy, then tried the 6 and was able to place 5 black and a few dots and now I'm as lost as I was with the elections results.

Here's what is says about your puzzle when you highlight "information" on the drop down menu when you place your cursor over the puzzle number.
Unique: Definitely has a unique solution
Logical: Believed to require much guessing
It probably said the same when you clicked the check box.

Before the crazy Chavez it was a paradise!

And he's there for another 6 long years and as a typical politician he says he's going to become a better president. I think that's one thing the USA got right. A limit of 2 terms of 4 years each.
#12: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Oct 9, 2012
we have a crazy here also
#13: Jota (jota) on Oct 9, 2012
Well the crazy from there changed the Constitution so he could have more terms. It used to be like here!
#14: Jota (jota) on Oct 9, 2012
Then he's had this "pretend" elections that he wins over and over.

it is solvable. start with the reds, and find the vertical 6 in the 15th column...
#19: Jota (jota) on Oct 24, 2012
Thanks Vaggelis!
#20: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on May 24, 2013
Finally, I solved it!

It is a shame it is rated MUCH GUESSING. It is tough but only MODERATE LOOKAHEAD. I hate people rating when they are so dumb that they can't follow hints...a detailed blueprint to success. Not you, Tom. Glad you caught up with this one. Jota designed a tough BUT solvable puzzle. Rate it so.

Thank you Tom!
