Puzzle Description:
Wasn't really sure what to call this, just thought it was a neat design. Hope it was fun to solve.

Zigzag logic works here, but does this need to be deep lookahead?
I got 65% with lookahead (blues, and the upper right.)
But it looks like we might be able to use counting to knock out the rest.
If the red 2 in C1 is at C9/10 then we have 5 reds to place in R6-8 by rows (6=1, 7=2, 8=2) but the columns can place only an even number.
R8/9 gives a quick contradiction with R6-7C3-4. So that places a red at C1R7. Then C2R5 red gives a contradiction.
We can repeat that for R13-15 with green.
If my logic is correct, would this make the puzzle moderate lookahead?
