Puzzle Description:
It is a banner by the ump whose name is "it". Maybe like Abbott and Costello. The image is supposed to be a baseball ump's mask and chest protector. Hopefully the banner is self explanatory.

C5: The bottom 2 clue has a 4 clue for the corresponding row regardless of which way you choose. That means the bottom 1 clue in R6&7 are accounted for, as well as at least part of the 4 in C8. You can mark R11C7 white, as well as white for everything below R13 in C6-8. Additionally, you can mark R9C8 and R10C8 black. LL.
R30: Use some deep EL to completely place the 9. LL.
R27: Regardless of which way the 2 on the left goes, R26C15 is black. Same logic on the right: Regardless of which way the 2 on the right goes, R26C29 is black.
LL solves from there.
