Edge logic is your friend on this one.
I used some EL on the 6 in R7... color logic dictates it can't extend past C18, and everything in R7 to the left of that will be the first row of black clues.
After you've done CL for R9, you can do some EL for the red clue in C16 to get that section moving, and once the red in C16-26 is done, and the EL in R7 is done, the CL for the remaining red gets a lot easier. Do that and some LL.
EL for the 9 in R24 lets you place 7 of its blacks. More LL.
EL on C1 gets you to where you can finish this off with LL.
