I'm embarrassed to tell you Sarah but it seems that I made up the name for this cookie (which I am prone to do...). Their real name is Candy Cane Joe Joe's. General overview is that they are similar to Oreos but not nearly as sweet. The filling is crushed peppermint candy canes (real peppermint oil and beet color) between 2 true flavored cocoa cookies. When this puzzle was made, I was packing up to leave Grand Rapids. I enjoyed showing on my hand where I lived. :)
