Nice solve.

The way I solved this was to look at c2-3 vs r7.

After line logic, you're left with a 1 in r7 and a 4&5 in c2&3. Since we know that only one of the pixels in r7 can be black, we know that only one of c2 or c3 can extend up into it. Which also means that at least one of c2 or 3 must go down into r11.

If r3's 5 goes into r11, then (obviously) r11c3 is black. Since r11 has only one clue (a blot) we know that if c2 goes down, c3 must also go down (or else c2 would be cut off). Either way r7c3 must be black and the rest solves with line logic.

Some interesting logic with the blots here. There seem to be several ways to do things. I like Joe's solution but want to share what I saw.

I had trouble guessing and went with chipping away at R13 one square at a time. You can also pick off R20 other than C1 with quick contradictions.
