I am sad. Once again I have "solved" one of Tom's Movie Title puzzles but don't know the movie.
I had a little difficulty with this until I tried "edge logic" with the "11" column. Then it filled in.

Why sad, Karen? I am happy that you solved it. My artwork often isn't spot on...

Hi, Tom! Welcome back!
#19: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Sep 26, 2013 [HINT]
Deep edge logic on the 9 in r1 vs r3 makes c1-7 white.

Internal edge logic on the 5 in r19 makes c20 white. (The 1|2|1 clues in c18-20 would make a block of one in either c18 or c20, but neither has a 1 clue at the right end.)

Now look at r20: in c8-9 there can be only a maximum of one black pixel (because of the 1 clue). Meanwhile in each of those columns, there must be a 2 crossing r19. Therefore at least one of those 2s must reach up into r18 and thus r18c9 will be black.

Then line logic to finish.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.
