I finished the letters, have no idea if by looking ahead or what, we'll wait for Gator to decide. Meanwhile I hope you are not sleepless ...#8: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Aug 29, 2012
I'm packing. (I wish) Once it was obvious that it was the US of A, a few educated guesses made everything fall into place.#9: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Aug 29, 2012

Restaged it. I couldn't solve it today. I must've been bleary last night after trying for hours to tweak it to get it solvable. It solves now. I'll post a hint below.#11: Tom King (sgusa) on Aug 29, 2012 [HINT]

Thinking of Eastern Canada (been there). Once you attempt solving so many times, it gets old. I wanted it to be reasonably hard, and once part of Mexico was added, it worked. Fortunately, most of the garbage is going to the home of the Oregon Ducks ;) Why did you rate it deep?#18: Petra Lassen (Stjarna) on Sep 2, 2012
Tom, I know where the vampires are. ;) Still too close. Some of my daughters' friends would get way too excited. Luckily, my daughters aren't into those things. :D#19: Ellen Vollor (evollor) on Sep 3, 2012
Vampires? Wow, they really do exist?#20: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Sep 3, 2012
Just the wimpy, sparkly kind. ;)#21: Tom King (sgusa) on May 17, 2013
It's a gorgeous corner of the world. Most of my dad's family lives in OR and WA, but I've only visited once.
Petra, all the way over in Forks where it rains 364 days a year...
