Puzzle Description:

Annie Mae got an idea. She decided to transport Mr R via her wheel barrow to the coop. Mr R was soooo Happy to see his family again.

I guess I need to stop solving these. It saddens me to see you re-telling Sarah's story, but leaving her out of it.

I don't mind new adventures with the farm animals, but the wheelbarrow story was something that Sarah actually did for her own rooster.

I realize that this is a fine line, but it doesn't sit right with me. :(

I originally created these puzzles, in another combined room here in the pbn, and had Sarah's permission to do just that. She even asked me to make two of these puzzles to reflect some ideas she had at the time. Matt & Trudy are MY own ideas and had nothing to do with Sarah. All these puzzles are exact copies of MY own originals. These stories have never been told.... thats why I'm telling them now. I did not use her name because, after trying to reach her without success, I was not given permission to use her name. I hope your saddness clears up!

I'm sorry,i don't mean to ride the fence on this,but i can see both points of view here. I won't make any of these puzzles,because it is not my story,even though Iggy is my character. I would like to continue making Mr.B puzzles with my characters,but i just can't call him Mr.R,it just doesn't seem the same to me. Sarah did give me permission a long time ago to use the Mr.B. name,and i will continue to unless i hear that another person has a problem with it. I have my own story that i made,and perhaps i will publish it at a later date,however for now i will just incorporate Mr.B. and Matt(with your permission Tom),with my other characters. If you do not want me to use Matt in them Tom,i truly understand. Please let me know.:)

Aldege I use Mr.R with Jota's suggestion. Yes you can use Matt & Trudy anytime you like. Hope I can use Iggy. Jota has given me permission to use Katzy and my next puzzle reflects that decision. Can't wait to read your story line and if you need help with some puzzles let me know.

I can't find the original storyline, but here are two examples of Sarah telling her story about Mr B and the wheelbarrow on this site.

In the combined account, we tried to standardize the image of Mr B in his wheelchair, which Sarah had already created and shared with the site at large.

I love the new puzzle you've made; I just think it isn't your story to tell, at least not without giving credit.

Tom,of course you can use Iggy. Why exactly did Jota suggest that? Did she hear from Sarah?,or is it cause she fears repercussions from someone else? If I decide to do my story,i will gladly ask for your help Tom,but i thought you already saw my story,and i thought you gave me help and suggestions with it. Am i wrong? I'll have to check in the other room to find out.:)

I know Sarah started Mr. B and no, I have not hear from her or anyone else. I thought that out of respect from the past, we should not call him Mr. B and I suggested Mr. R for Rooster. How many roosters are out there? How many wheelbarrows in a farm? I don't fear repercussions or anything else, this is a site to have fun and so we should.

Tom, your story could have been about any animal other than a rooster. It's name could have been anything other than Mr.x. It could have been traveling in any other way but a wheelbarrow.
She expressed her opinion and it didn't please you. That's no reason to blast her using rude language.
You should expect for people to doubt you. After all, you claimed as your own over 400 puzzles you copied from other creators.

Lol,i hear this from my kids daily. "Your a poop head". "I know you are but what am i...hummph". Please don't fight boys,as Jota said this site is suppose to be for having fun. Not to say that you boys fighting isn't fun,cause it is and it's especially fun when Kristen gets into it,however some others may not enjoy it. I on the other hand find it extremely entertaining,lol.

Jota,i don't want to seem disrespectful of Sarah,and i hate the fact that Sarah does not participate in our fun anymore. Sarah always loved it when i made Mr.B. puzzles,and i think my continuation of using the Mr.B. name is more out of honour of Sarah than disrespect. If I am wrong than please people let me know,and i will not use him anymore. You are all good friends of mine,as is Sarah,and i don't wish to pee on anyones cornflakes. I'm just here to have fun,and i can have lots of fun with my other characters.:)

Tom, Al and me, among others, have made many Mr. B puzzles in the past and can continue to do them, perhaps I was wrong suggesting a name change.

I'm not fighting Al..but this person keeps trying to ruin my reputation with his outlandish allegations that he knows the courts won't get around to for years. So he doesn't have to prove anything. So if i make you the principal would you please put him on the other side of the classroom with his 2 girlfiends.

I have no beef with using all of these characters in new adventures. I just don't like a re-telling of someone else's story, not without giving credit to the person who lived it and told it first.

I said I wouldn't mention it again, but you had to go and make it a personal attack. I will always take the side of the original artist or storyteller. Always.

Whoa - do we need a referee? I don't know who is right and who is wrong but I do know that I solved all of Sarah's puzzles with her family of animals and really enjoyed them all. I didn't view Tom as ripping off her story line because I have solved many puzzles from many creators who use the same characters and I have lost track of who started the whole thing. But to me it doesn't matter because I come here to have some fun and solve some great puzzles.

I couldn't care less about your story; but, I care about the language you use. If you lack the words to express yourself politely, then maybe you should look them up or remain silent.
You can twist it anyway you want; but, the facts are that you copied over 400 puzzles and that leaves you with very little credibility.

Fight! Fight! Fight! And the funny thing is, I am not even involved in this one! Where is Sylvain, as he would never believe such a thing could happen. :-)

What part of "Let's move on " isn't clear?

Wow, it's not like ANYONE is making money off this site. I am astonished at the vitriol I'm getting from some of the posts in this thread.

I hope everyone can get past this real soon. I enjoy the puzzles, but some of the comments are real downers.
