#3: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jul 10, 2012 [SPOILER]
So, which pose is this? Mime in box? :)
#4: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Jul 10, 2012 [SPOILER]
tai chi isn't a pose as in yoga...it's a flow like a river
#5: Kadou (Kadou) on Jul 10, 2012
Which movement then?
#6: Kristen Vognild (Kristen) on Jul 10, 2012
I thought each part had a name, like the crane and the tiger.
#7: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Jul 10, 2012
he just spread his opponents arms apart and is kicking and buckling his knee from the "yang short form" ...do you do tai chi?

some moves do have names like... bird feeder & scooping the pearl from the sea which are also in this same form

Kristen...the tiger and the crane is a kung fu style ... never heard a tai chi movement called that
#8: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jul 10, 2012
That's why I said "like." I don't remember any of the actual names, I just remember someone telling the names of the various motions.
#9: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Jul 10, 2012
Kristen...even different styles have different names...everybody is a master (they think) the feeling you get from practicing tai chi is whats important.
#10: valerie o..travis (bigblue) on Jul 10, 2012

#12: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Jul 10, 2012
nice puzzle, T! yeah, the feeling...flow, sensei! (not that I do tai chi, but I have practiced meditation and even hypnosis for close to 15 years....not the same thing at all, but I do understand what you mean exactly)
#13: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Jul 10, 2012
or maybe I understand....you get a sense of not only peace, but harmony with all around you. a flow. but even more than that....there's also a heightened awareness. I bet you notice(and feel) things an average person does not. Good for you! Awesome!
#14: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Jul 10, 2012
not so esoteric as that Kurt... just a feeling of balance
#15: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Jul 10, 2012
well, that's good too, isn't it?
#16: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jul 11, 2012 [SPOILER]
I often get that feeling of balance and well being, but it certainly isn't from tai chi.:)
