Puzzle Description:

The cheque from the sale of my house in Ontario finally arrived by courier,the closest Bank of Montreal,which is the bank i have my mortgage with,is in the town of Perth-Andover. We decided to take the old Dodge out for a drive into town. What a quaint little town it is. It was like going back in time,to the 50's. The old Dodge fit right in. That's the bank on the left and on the right is the bridge that takes you across the river to the more modern side of town.

Thx Kristen,i love them too. They have angle parking along the main street,which runs along a boardwalk that overlooks the Tobique River. The view along the river is nothing short of fantastic. People have homes built high up into the mountains,that back onto the river. Some have boats,and docks,and even water slides from they're backyard into the water.I would love to have one of those homes.:)

Found to be logically solvable by gator.

I used two-way logic on the upper 1 clue in column 40. R9C39 will always be a dot.
