Puzzle Description:

ANiket

#1: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Jun 13, 2012 [SPOILER]

I think "IDDP" stands for "I draw/(do) dreadful/(dumb) puzzles." :-)
#2: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jun 13, 2012
Maybe it's Cyrillic?
#3: karl (keicher) on Jun 13, 2012
dumb is right. please don't draw/(do) any more.
#4: Jason Wodicka (jwodicka) on Jun 15, 2012 [HINT]
More constructively: letters don't make for a very interesting puzzle, and neither do completely empty or completely full lines. Next time, try a picture, and try to leave an interesting combination of full and empty! Solve a few puzzles and learn what's fun to solve, then try writing puzzles that are like that.

With the negativity posted here it's no wonder they only created one puzzle. I come here for fun and escape as i'm sure many others do too. And how many of us would make a puzzle on something that is near and dear to us? Not that the commenters here would care but for the future for someone that might care here are some possible things the letters could stand for:

IDDP
Acronym Definition
IDDP Iceland Deep Drilling Project
IDDP International Day of Disabled Persons
IDDP Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal (Spanish: Pentecostal Church of God; various locations)
IDDP Identify, Differentiate, Determine, Predict (critical thinking model)
IDDP Insulin-Dependent Diabetic Pregnancy (obstetrics and endocrinology)
IDDP International Dual Degree Program (various universities)
IDDP International Design and Decorating Professional
IDDP Interface Design Definition Paper
