Travis you are the king of puzzles with unusual/awkward-dimensions (not ending in a 5 or a 0 for the height/width). In fact, over 60% (125/206) have at least one dimension with an awkward number, if not both numbers (such as this puzzle, which is 18x19).

But, Adam, many others have some blank columns and rows on the edges, just to make the size a multiple of 5.

Yes, that is one of my pet peeves here - when the grid could be even and it's not. It really messes with my brain. :-(
