...a bell turned into a yacht with the anchor coming out of the water

not twisted, or a challenge. or much of an image.
#2: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on May 8, 2012 [SPOILER]
It looks like a strutting bird with its head thrown back. :)
#3: Jota (jota) on May 8, 2012
Hmmm.
#4: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on May 8, 2012
I know it has been said many times but...Karl, I've noticed the number of puzzles you've created remains at ... uh... ZERO! Rather than just waiting under a bridge to ambush someone else why not take the challenge and try to create something?
#5: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on May 8, 2012
This challenge is particularly tricky, too.
#6: Jota (jota) on May 8, 2012
Well he used to create, kind of, under another name, same IP ... and same BS.
#7: Joel Lynn (furface1) on May 8, 2012 [SPOILER]
Doesn't fit with the title, but I thought it looked like a wedding bell and a dove that was released to celebrate the occasion.

So what name did he supposedly, sort of create under Jota? I'd love to see the artistry from someone who usually just puts down others creations. Oh,good job and imagination Travis.:)
#9: Jota (jota) on May 8, 2012
Guess my friend Al! And don't say, but you'll be correct! ;-)

I agree with all of you. I don't think we should criticize each other, except in a helpful way. I would be willing to wager that none of us has a PHD in puzzle design. We try our best. I, for one, enjoyed solving this puzzle. I have submitted 2. I'm working on a third. They're not great, but solvers seemed to like them. I don't have thousands of ideas, and designing puzzles is hard for me, but I'm trying--even without that PHD.

Well said Jennifer,i only started to create to have some fun. I'm not good at solving, but i enjoy creating. The best part,is having fun kibitzing, with all the great people here. We don't need some a-hole discouraging people from joining our little community, and having some fun too. Were all glad you are making puzzles Jennifer, and we hope you will continue.:)

I thought so Jota, thanks for confirming my suspicion.:)
#12: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on May 9, 2012
I had no idea that was a nom de kvetch.
#13: JoDeen Mozena (ozymoe) on May 9, 2012 [SPOILER]
Lol...I try to be positive but every once in awhile I say I "hate" a puzzle...I would hope you all would realize when I say that I'm laughing at my own frustration with that puzzle. I would never want to offend anyone of you. I like you all too much!
#14: Kristen Vognild (Kristen) on May 9, 2012
For me, it's pretty easy to tell the difference between someone who enjoys solving, but occasionally has trouble seeing an image or finding a solution; than someone who seems to delight in telling people their puzzles stink, without offering a) constructive criticism or b) an example of a better puzzle that they themselves have taken the time to create.
#15: Jota (jota) on May 9, 2012
One of many Brain.
#16: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on May 10, 2012
I feel bad when i DON'T make a comment on someones puzzles, but i'd rather not make a negative or discouraging comment,so i just don't comment at all,if i don't like or don't understand a puzzle. This does not mean that my positive comments are insincere. If i comment on a puzzle,it's cause i like it enough to take the time to make a positive comment. Why would I waste my time on negative stuff?:)
