I liked the little figures- thanks!#2: Arduinna (arduinna) on Nov 23, 2007 [SPOILER]
I hope I'm the bald guy on top. Because the others have some funky hair!#3: Bionerd (nieboo) on Nov 24, 2007 [SPOILER]
I thought the 2nd and 3rd players had upset marks above their heads...like they were sad to lose. But it could be hair.#4: Gypso (Gypso) on Nov 25, 2007 [SPOILER]
Very interesting picture. Thanks!
Excellent puzzle Arlo! I really like your 3 contestants too. I think that #3 is my favorite. Looks like her (or his) hair is standing straight up. I also like how you staggered the platform height for each place. Nicely done. :D#5: Arduinna (arduinna) on Nov 25, 2007 [SPOILER]
Thanks for the fun puzzle Arlo. ^>^
I'm partial to number two-- I get Pippi Longstocking having a really bad day!#6: Sarah Andrews (sarah) on Nov 25, 2007 [SPOILER]
Excellent job, Arlo! It was a fun puzzle. While I did it, I hoped that YOU were the winner!#7: Jan Wolter (jan) on Nov 27, 2007 [SPOILER]
I'm a little embarrassed to have taken so long to get around to solving my son's puzzle. He posted it while I was cleaning the house for Thanksgiving, and I really didn't pay a whole lot of attention to what he was up to, and then completely forgot about the whole thing. I just ran across it now, and it actually made me very happy. Solving the little figures was fun and the final result is absolutely genuine kid art, a genre of which more samples are carefully preserved for posterity than all other categories combined.#8: Rachel R (rachel) on Nov 28, 2007 [SPOILER]
In case it is of interest, your number "1" is backwards.#9: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Aug 14, 2008 [SPOILER]
I still don't get what is on their heads.#10: m2 (mercymercy) on Aug 14, 2008
Hair#11: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Aug 14, 2008
If you say so.#12: Byrdie (byrdie) on Nov 23, 2017
Originally posted on Thanksgiving Day and I solved on Thanksgiving day. Fun!#13: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Sep 15, 2018
This is definitely some archetypal kid art! My son made a few when I first started puzzling. I credit him (age 9) on each puzzle, but there's some fascinating stuff!#14: Jota (jota) on Feb 25, 2024
