Puzzle Description:

I wore a sweet mermaid dress to my Junior Prom. I wore it again my senior year, but with my hair styled differently and white elbow-length gloves instead of those weird sleevelet things. The dress was teal, and had rouching up the sides, back when they were still called gathers, and princess seams that gave the illusion that I had a figure. :)

Hmm, I just saw a photo from next week's episode of Glee, and Rachel totally stole my idea of wearing a mermaid dress! Hers is pink, though. Seriously, how many mermaid tails are pink?! </sarcasm>

Thanks! My friends and I used to go Prom dress shopping anytime we were at the mall (usually during a math team or band trip), so I tried on a ton of dresses before I found one that suited me so well. I convinced my mom to buy it for me, even though it was $100, but I wore it to 2 proms, plus a later Halloween as a Zombie Prom Queen before I finally retired it.

Not sure I got a picture of that. I do have some pictures of my son's face painted up like a skeleton.
