Joel,first we saw the house on the internet,then we e-mailed the listing agent,which was Marise. We told her we were interested in the house,and explained our situation that we couldn't go see it. She said she would go to the house and do a video tour for us,and get all the information that we asked for. At this point you have to trust your gut feeling,and put faith in the person your dealing with. I know it's risky,but i wanted to believe that there are good people in this world that you can trust,and i feel secure that Marise is that kind of person. I hope everything works out too,but if it doesn't i will have no one to blame but myself. I will keep everyone posted through puzzles and Niki's facebook,about our adventure,and if it does work out or not. Fingers crossed everyone.:)#8: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Apr 16, 2012
