I have not-so-good memories of Killeen. To me, Killeen is synonymous with Ft. Hood. My sophomore year of college (in Georgetown, 40mi south), the dorm room next to mine had a constant flow of Ft. Hood men on weekends. More than a few of them tried to visit my room as well. No thanks!

I hear you, Kristen. My ex and I were stationed there before he was shipped off to Nam. They did think they were studly, didn't they!
