Puzzle Description:
Here is proof of the Hooliganism by the three amigo's,Mr.B. wearing Pierre's flamboyant hat,is at right perched on a discarded empty of buzzard fizz,he's shouting up to Matt who is sitting on the roof of the Choletteville Hilton,embracing a half full bottle of the wonder juice. Matt informs him that Pierre has passed out in the bar. You can see Pierre at left through the window with a death grip on his empty bottle.
