Thank you, yanogator. Amazingly, I just heard this piece live last night, transcribed and played as an encore by Ted Dykstra and Richard Greenblatt in the farewell tour of their smash hit play "2 Pianos 4 Hands" at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. The play was both hilarious and serious and altogether wonderful, your pbn representation is lovely, and the music is gorgeous and has been running through my head all day. Thank you.#2: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jan 26, 2012 [SPOILER]

I take this as high praise from two prolific contributors!#4: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jan 26, 2012
Bruce, I thoroughly enjoyed this puzzle. It JUST fit on my screen so I didn't have to scroll. The solve was pleasant and the image is so lovely.#5: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jan 26, 2012
If you don't mind my asking, can you tell me if you used a photo as a model, or is this your own illustration?
Lollipop, thanks for the review. That's such a coincidence that you solved this puzzle the day after hearing the piece performed.#6: Bruce Yanoshek (yanogator) on Jan 26, 2012
Here is a video of a live performance by an unidentified group:

I have used photographs to help me with three puzzles (Where are my keys?, Peeee-ewwwww, and Stay off my ceiling), but not this one. It is completely from my mental image.
In that case, you get an extra point for artistic originality. :-)#8: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jan 27, 2012
Thanks for the compliment Bruce, hear that Lollipop were prolific.:)#9: Jota (jota) on Jan 27, 2012
