Puzzle Description:

A 1955 Chevy Belair, parked at an apple orchard. These and the 56 and 57 Chevies, are the most popular and most sought after classic cars. I like to be different which is why i bought a 58 Dodge.

Nice! Methinks the gentleman doth protest too much, and he just couldn't afford his own Bel Air. ;)

LOL,that's partly true Kristen,i grew up with tri-five Chevies, all my brothers had at least one of each year, however they had a lot of cars and i was exposed to so many that i just became a car guy regardless of make, and that includes foreign cars as well. Yes i did buy my 58 Dodge cause it was the best that i could afford and definitely wouldn't of been my first choice, but i'm so glad i bought it because it gets more attention than most cars at cruise nights and on the street, and it's been a great car,so much fun for our whole family.:)

I like it, Aldege. The background made for an interesting solve.

Thx Teresa, please let me ask you and others here. I obviously can't get the best detail when doing car puzzles even when going as big as 45x20,or even 50x50. The cars always seem short and stubby and out of proportion to me. Would people prefer that i make them bigger and have great detail,or leave them as is so they are not to big. I would rather have more people solving them,so if the detail is sufficient, that's what i would prefer. I know this sounds like a silly question, but i would appreciate some feedback.:)

People would like small puzzles with good detail, but that's pretty hard to accomplish. I think Marie-Louise can do it, but most of us have to make a bigger one to have a nice image.

When we have done polls like this in the past, we find that some people like the little ones they can solve on their smart phones or laptops. Other people like the big ones that take a long time to solve and have a nice image. So, Aldege, I have learned that I can't please everyone all at the same time.

I personally like your color puzzles that are 40 or 45 (no bigger) that tell a funny story. You are very creative. I also like puzzles that are wider than they are high. Something 40 high and 60 wide would be okay with me.

But I'm sure you'll get lots of different opinions. :-)

Thx Teresa, because i don't solve many puzzles(except on paper),i tend to enjoy images that wow me. There have been a lot made here that have wowed me. But surprisingly, some of the biggest wow's have been from some of the smallest puzzles that just have simple images that somehow portray what the artist wanted to portray perfectly. An example would be the latest one by Kadou that has a person pushing a stroller.:)
