I Been a Tax Preparer for Last 7 year at Jackson Hewitt. You are settling for less at H & R in Kingman AZ. Jackson Hewitt treats you like family not an appointment.

Veronica, I am sorry to hear that but am glad you are there to help. I don"t believe in the battle between brands all I care about is the client and making sure they get the best service they deserve. I too treat my clients like family.

Most of this puzzle solves normally until we get to the "V". Looking at the 3 clue in row 4, if it goes all the way left, this causes only 4 cells left in row 2, but we need 5. SO R4C10 is a dot. The same logic can be done on the right to make R4C16 a dot. After some line logic, we can see that the left 2 clue in row 3 cannot go all the way left without making row 1 invalid. So R3C10 is a dot. (Or you could have done this on the right). The rest solves with line logic.

Nice puzzle.
