Puzzle Description:

A vintage tube stereo amplifier, with bookshelve speakers connected to it. I had one of these when i was a young man,and someday i'll have another because they still make them and they have the best sound you'll ever hear.

Ah yes I remember them well.

Thx Nancy,I wonder how many here realize that tube amps and record players and vinyl records are all alive and well, due to how nice they sound compared to digital sound.:)

Cool puzzle. I remember when I was a teen, sitting on the floor, listening to an LP of classical music on the Hi-Fi with the huge speakers. With my eyes closed, it felt like I was right there in the concert hall.

Thx Teresa, isn't that an awesome feeling,of course it isn't as good as actually being there at a live performance, which gives me goosebumps and puts a lump in my throat. I was such a music nut,i would go to the school auditorium at lunch time,to listen to my high school orchestra practice.I wanted to play in the school band, but i was too busy playing in a rock band, and a jug band. Talk about a high,i didn't need drugs to get high, playing in the school auditorium in front of all my peers, was the best high i ever had.:)

Did your band get to perform for school events?

Yes Teresa, our rock band played several pep rally dances and victory dances when our football team won the championship, and our jug band played in the school auditorium for a school talent event, and also a Sadie Hawkins dance. I had so much fun in High School,i just wish i had payed better attention to my studies.:)

Do you have any photos, Aldege? You have to get Niki to put them up on her FB page.

No i don't Teresa,i can tell you i was goofy looking. I had long hair and a moustache, and long sideburns. This was in the psychadelic era,and we wore bell bottom pants and paisley shirts, and hats and scarfs. We thought we were cool, lol. In the jugband we dressed like hillbillies. It was fun.
