I have always loved the Lions,especially in the days of Alex Karras. I remember reading the book and watching the movie "The Paper Lion" where George Plimpton was allowed to play as quarterback for a few plays,so he could write a book about what it was like to play in the NFL. He got creamed.lol:)

Found to have multiple solutions by monkeyboy.

I didn’t see the multiple solutions. However, I did have trouble starting. I solved the letters without assistance, I could see it was a image surrounded by a black outline, but I couldn’t find a place to start the outline. Finally, I had to get the computer to assist me with the location of the four black pixels at the right. Once those were in it solved very nicely. It would have been too easy with the outline doubled up, but perhaps doubled up in one place would have made the puzzle more solveable.

Basically, every time you see a 4x4 group with alternating black & white squares, they can either be upper left and lower right *or* upper right and lower left. I counted at least a dozen such squares.
