Puzzle Description:

I had a little diamonte heart keyring for my mototbike key, but it broke, the heart that is, so now I am hoping to get a new one for Christmas.

Yes David, the day my heart broke was a sad day indeed, a single lonely tear slid slowly down my cheek and fell on the heart that I held in the palm of my hand, :'( , not really, I just cursed and am now awaiting a new one :D

i hear the waiting lists for a transplant can be long...hope you get your's soon
