You didn't let me down! When I read the title, I thought, "it has to be an angel!!" :)

I wasn't sure if it was an Angel or a ringing bell. I was leaning toward the bell regardless of the lyrics. Clever with the title Teresa,thanks for a cool puzzle.:)

I'm amazed it took 15 comments to get a Herald! (I'd originally written "harald", so Teresa's comment makes sense)

It's actually Herald.

Initially I was going to borrow a parody off the Internet. But when I did a google for "Hark the Harold" I was amazed at how many people spelled it this way without realizing their mistake. So I had to write my own parody. :-)

So, Kristen, it actually took 18 comments to get to the correct spelling. :-D

Pun, schmun! I still say, groan.

ok, I am just off... I didn't read the title because I find it more fun to solve without hints. Anyway, when I was done, I was not seeing an angel. I was seeing a hippo cocking its head to the left. (cannot explain the feet of the angel)... maybe I am just insane? I enjoyed solving it and now I do see the angel and get Harold/herald... but I still see a hippo.

Now i see a hippo too! :-D

I can't see an angel. I do see a bell.

She's wearing a bell-shaped dress, and her head is at the upper right.

You know it's one worth doing when the author herself adds a groan right there in the description! :)
